also- fyi psa: socal is always in a shortage of blood supply, but as we move into the summertime, the shortage becomes particularly critical. if you're in the socal area, please consider donating blood to the red cross. if you're unable to, they also have great volunteer opportunities to get involved. get more info here at www.givelife.org.
